A huge thank you to all those who came to the BBC gigs. Watford, you were magnificent! QEH you rocked also! In a respectful way!
Listen out for your own interesting laughs/coughs/ringtones when it's broadcast on Friday at 7pm on Radio 3 as part of Comic Relief.
The event was not filmed, unfortunately, but we hope to rectify this later in the year when we take the show to some more venues round Britain. Details will follow.

How can we get to come to these gigs, such as radio recordings? Or to be in the studio audience for Buzzcocks?
thanks

Hey Bill dela zouch, hows it going cronee? I'm just contacting you to see where the best public house alcohol dispensers are situated in Edinburgh? I'm off up north in the summer to perform there as part of a comedy troupe (we are performing as part of the free festival (laughing horse)) It would be a huge delight if maybe you could come to one of our gigs - were performing each day for a week at lunchtimes - also it's free (but you can make donations :-) ) So yeah we'll be performing sketches and stand-up to the best of our abilities (but we are from wolves so...) Look forward to hearing from you Bailey.

Going to have to track this one down for a listen.
Also congrats on being voted in as the 7th greatest stand-up comedian on channel 4 last night, although how Harry Hill was above you I'll never know!

P.S. I made my sister a giant kitkat so she could pretend she was a "tiny little pixie" I've never seen her happier, so thanks for the idea!

Hallo Bill,
Did you know that this page title reads "Bills Blog"? Clearly the Wee Web Wombat is falling down on the job. Perhaps replace him with a hedgehog, or an owl? (Owls are very wise.) Hang on! You need the Persnickety Possum of Punctuation. She works for a pittance.
Glad you're well enough to post again, and looking forward to seeing you live soonish.

Ding, Dong, Dash Mr Bailey,
just a wee warm sunbeam to say Copper Bottom Sunshine was darn tooting terrific.
Beergut 100...If I had more guts or beer I would have got up and danced.
However not sure how my Tomfoolery dancing would entertain anyone apart from myself.
Rock on!
Hope you and the band make it back to Edinburgh soon.
Thank you!

Bill!
A couple of months back a good friend of mine spotted you having a quiet pint, with Kevin Eldon, in central London.Sadly he was too shy to ask you for a signed beermat for me and my band: Beard Seeking Missile: www.myspace.com/beardseekingmissile Please come and play in ireland, especially Cork, again. This way you would be easier to find and chivvy for a signed beermat.
Hugs, whips and chains,
Beard Seeking Missile (The Band)

Greetings King.
I am here to lay myself at your feet so that you can walk freely across your kingdom without stepping in puddles.
I'm also here to find out whether or not you are intending to at the edinburgh festival this year and would you like a ticket to our short musical comedy entitled 'Robin Hood and the Witness Protection Programme'. I don't necesarrily need an answer now, as it's only april. But have a look at our site and let me know which night your coming. www.damagedotterproductions.bravehost.com.
Hope to see you there.

Hi Bill... have you ever heard of the classic American musical comedian Tom Lehrer? Look him up on the Internet, hopefully listen to his material. You'd love him. I wonder what a "Bill Bailey Sings Tom Lehrer" kind of routine would be like? I think I would end up coughing up a lung from laughing too hard... something THAT funny would have to come stamped with a medical health advisory! :)

Bill,
Watford was bloody brilliant. That night was one of the coolest things I've seen. I'm still pestering people about it 4 months later (it's one of those 'only works if you were there' things, because I get ignored when I go on about it and demand conversation focused on it...)

Anything in Tonbridge/Tunbridge Wells for 2008.
With 4 kids I don't get out much, other than as a taxi service, but will make an exception for you. Sadly the entire family will want to come with me - the kids, aged 12-22, watch your Dvd's all the time.

G'day Bill!
You promised you'd try to make it to Australia in early 2008!!! It's May 2nd and still there is no Bill Bailey requesting dolphins up to his room! Come to Aus mate! Because ... um, it's fun?
Are not my powers of persuasion ever so amazing? There are so many wonderful things to do here! You could... have an apple, wear a hat, you could even have your face painted to look like a cat so that when you pick up mice with your teeth, it scares them just that little bit more.
I don't know why anyone would come to Australia, but you must! It's so lonely here. So far away from the rest of the civilised world. (Yes I'm including Australia as part of the civilised world!)
Seriously man, just do it.
Keep up the good work mate. Benny

Oh yes! Bow to me! May the 2nd I post my previous comment (with hypnotic, subliminal subtext included) and at Midnight last night my best mate phones me up and relays the news that MR.BAILEY is Australia bound! While I realise the OZ tour has nothing to do with my inviting message, no other has claimed ownership of this wonderful turn of events! Therefore I propose that it WAS ME! Also, because of my multiple personality disorder, I will also 2nd the notion! ... Ok, by now you can probably tell that I'm having a quiet day at work, but I'm just genuinely excited.
Way to go Mr. Bailey. This will surely satisfy your Aussie fans for years to come. Shame about the $80 price tag on the tickets tho. Even Dylan Moran was only $70! :P
Just kidding mate, I know it's going to be worth every penny although part of me wishes I was still single. If I didn't have to pay for my girlfriend's ticket I'd be able to spend that money on drinks!
Can't wait for the show mate, your slightly bored and severely confused Aussie fan, Benny J.
