Today you can hear Bill on Radio 5 Live with Simon Mayo at 2pm, and then at 3pm tune in to BBC 6 when he’ll be chatting with Nemone.

Tomorrow morning (Saturday 9 May) you’ll be able to see him on Sky News Sunrise at 8.45am.

And all this so he can get you in the mood to watch Bill Bailey’s Remarkable Guide to the Orchestra on Saturday 9 May at 9.40pm on BBC2.

Saturday 11 October
Listen to Bill on Loose Ends at 6.15pm on BBC Radio 4. Presented by Clive Anderson, rumour has it that Glen Campbell (apparently nothing to do with soup) and human beatbox, Schlomo, will also be guests on the show. Later on, Bill will be on Russell Brand’s BBC Radio 2 show, which kicks off at 9pm.

Sunday 12 October
Bill will be joining Tim Lovejoy in the kitchen on Something for The Weekend at 10am on BBC 2. Sitting on the sofa will also be confirmed guest Ne-Yo. Will you be able to handle this juxtaposition?

Monday 13 October
Catch Bill on Colin Murray’s Radio 1 show at 11pm. Tune in to see what Bill’s 5 specially chosen tracks are.

Have I Got News For You? Yes, actually.

This Friday Bill will be returning to Have I Got News For You for his second stint in the coveted role of guest host. Bill is a long running, critically acclaimed, satirical comedian who should bring an air of respectability to the bewildered, babbling, bearded news quiz. Or something like that. It’s on BBC1 at 9pm, and as usual there is an extended version on BBC2 at 9pm on Saturday.

And in case you didn’t know, 2008 is in fact the Year of Reading, and Bill has appeared in an advert for a government campaign to promote more reading. I could tell you more, but you don’t want to read about it in a load of boring old words do you? Just watch the video, which has pictures and noises and stuff. Grand Designs

Be sure to tune into Channel 4’s Grand Designs Live tomorrow night, as Bill will be popping in for a chat. Tomorrow’s show is the first of a week-long run which sees Kevin McCloud attempting to build a green home in six days, and starts at 8.05pm.

Later in the week, Bill will be exploring the myths around one of the grandest, and most mysterious designs of all, when he visits his spiritual (and some might claim actual) home, Stonehenge, in the first episode of new series My Favourite Place which goes out on The History Channel at 8pm on Thursday. Back on Buzzcocks

A quick message to reassure anyone who tuned into Never Mind the Buzzcocks over the last few weeks to find an unexpected figure in Bill’s chair. It was not, as some of you may have thought, a newly regenerated Bill (or “Second Bill” for all you Doctor Who fans), but was actually comedian and ‘Mighty Boosh’ creator Noel Fielding standing in for Bill while he was busy on tour.

This Thursday Bill will be back in his usual position, opposite the nowadays clean-shaven Phill Jupitus, to bring his much missed blend of off-beat humour and facial hair back to the show. Amongst the guests this week is comic actor and ‘Das Hokey Kokey’ performer, Kevin Eldon. Catch it on BBC2 on Thursday, at the usual time of 9pm.
