As a number of people have commented at their concern that their tickets for the Tinselworm tour ordered through the Bill Bailey website haven't been delivered yet, we thought we'd provide you with a quick update.

The FAQs on the ticket booking part of the website states that tickets will be sent out from approximately 4 weeks before each tour date but can arrive up until 5-7 days prior to the event.

Ticket production has begun and tickets are being despatched from this week onwards and are being sent in event date sequence. We anticipate that all tickets will be despatched by Friday 16th November at the very latest. Every customer will receive an email confirmation when their tickets have been despatched.

The delivery time from despatch is generally within 2-3 working days and this can be quicker for customers who have opted for the secure delivery service.

We understand that customers are concerned, but please rest assured that our ticket agency is working their hardest to ensure everyone receives their tickets in good time.
