We're aware that a few people have been experiencing problems buying tickets for the Royal Albert Hall events on 15th and 16th October 2008.

We've been advised that even though the Royal Albert Hall website is very busy, the website IS working and tickets ARE still available.

Anyone that sees a sold out message or a message like "Sorry, there are no tickets available for this performance" should login again entering the correct promo code we have provided you. This error is the default message that people who haven't logged in properly will see.

Those that didn't register for the pre-sale for these events probably won't know what we're even talking about!!

Any remaining tickets for the events will go on general sale on Friday and we'll post a link to the site here shortly.
