Watch out! Bill’s about (today and tomorrow)

Posted by Bombyx Mori on May 8th, 2009

Today you can hear Bill on Radio 5 Live with Simon Mayo at 2pm, and then at 3pm tune in to BBC 6 when he’ll be chatting with Nemone.

Tomorrow morning (Saturday 9 May) you’ll be able to see him on Sky News Sunrise at 8.45am.

And all this so he can get you in the mood to watch Bill Bailey’s Remarkable Guide to the Orchestra on Saturday 9 May at 9.40pm on BBC2.

Must dash and make sure Bill gets to bed on time now. Cheerio.

Just watched Remarkable Guide to the Orchestra and it truly was remarkably. Thank you for a brilliant programme, we so enjoyed it.

  2. adey Says:

what is the music he plays about the Jellyfish called?
    (he doesn’t say)

  3. Mr and Mrs Cain Says:

Guide to the orchestra was great! So wish we could’ve been there!

  4. Bombyx Mori Says:

It’s quite appropriately named, actually. It’s called The Jellyfish, written by Anne Dudley especially for the occasion.

  5. Mike Kavanagh Says:

Loved the Remarkable Guide To The Orchestra and especially the influence of Cockney on Classical. But there was a vital strand missing from this segment of the show which can only enhance future performances. If Mr Bailey wishe to e-mail me, I’ll explain all. It’s key to the whole understanding of Cockney
